Original Caraway Kraut

A true Classic. Crunchy with subtle notes of caraway and the characteristic ferment ‘tang’ courtesy of a three-four week long fermentation. Full of probiotics, fibre and vitamin C, our kraut is deliciously healthy and makes the perfect accompaniment to cured meats or a wonderful textural addition to salads.

Classic Kimchi

An authentic, traditional‐style Kimchi that remains true to Korea’s national dish. We use a mixture of Chinese leaf cabbage, daikon radish, carrot and spring onion together with a secret spice blend to bring you a Kimchi that is rich, complex and spicy with a subtle smokiness and moreish umami tastes developed over a week long wild ferment.

White Miso & Turmeric Kimchi

Fragrant, bold and packing a punch with stacks of ginger, garlic and smoky Korean hot pepper flakes. A sweet white miso paste gives the kimchi subtle umami flavours which add to the characteristic kimchi ‘tang’. The Wellness Warror’s Kimchi of choice, we’ve also added turmeric (a natural anti ‐inflammatory), wakame, (a sea vegetable rich in iodine), and cayenne pepper for even more health benefits … and vegans needn’t miss out; our White Miso & Turmeric Kimchi is completely free of animal products.
